A Family Affair
What a family affair! Jacqueline and Matt got married at Clock Barn in Hampshire in the height of the covid restrictions and I was so lucky that they chose Films by Charli to capture their wedding videography. They didn’t let a few restrictions stop them having the most beautiful love filled celebration full of fun, family and personal touches. It seemed like everybody in the family had something to contribute. From the word perfect reading from Winnie the Pooh read by a little flower girl to the heartfelt and personal first dance song written by Jacqueline’s brother, everybody pulled together to make this couples wedding as special as possible.

After getting ready with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, Jacqueline and Matt married in the barn. It was adorned with blue and pink pompoms dangling from the rustic barn beams to match Jaqueline’s Blend and Bloom bouquet. Twinkling fairy lights made the space so magical.
Jaqueline’s brother not only walked her down the aisle, but he had also written a special song for her and Matt to dance their first dance to and it was amazing to see the connection between the whole family as they watched Jaqueline and Matt in their first dance as a married couple.
An Unexpected Surprise!
Jacqueline and Matt had also been hiding a secret, the gender of their baby! So when they stood on the dancefloor and a shower of pink confetti rained down around them from confetti canons the guests went wild! What a lovely touch! It was so nice to see everyone’s excited faces at the news, the flower girls were particularly pleased to have a girl to play with.
All in all it was a really beautiful and intimate day and I was so glad they’d asked me to film their Wedding videography, Clock Barn was gorgeous, the Hampshire countryside was beautiful and the family vibe of everyone coming together to celebrate Jacqueline and Matt was stunning.
