First Wedding out of Lockdown
I could tell Sarah and Shane’s wedding was going to be a ball when I first met them and they couldn’t stop smiling, the laughter and fun didn’t stop all day and we had an absolutely wicked time. This wedding felt especially good as it was the first wedding I’d shot since we’d been in the first lockdown and nobody had even been to a wedding since February, so there was just an extra level to the celebrations and the joy that everyone was feeling on Sarah and Shane’s special day.
Wedding Videography at Beeston Manor
The wedding venue – Beeston Manor in Lancashire was the perfect venue for videography. There were loads of lovely little details and beautiful spaces for me to capture which made making Sarah and Shane’s wedding video an absolute pleasure. The staff were also amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to get everything set up outside so that Sarah and Shane could have the most epic first dance under the setting sun without breaking the covid rules. DJ Alex Birtwell was on hand with his acoustic guitar and he played for them as they danced. It was just incredible.
Grinning from Ear to Ear
Sarah looked amazing in her dress from “Because I love you” Bridal and the guests wore hilarious masks printed with big grins as she walked down the aisle. There was much cheering and clapping as they tied the knot surrounded by their kids and family, the only downside being that Shanes family couldn’t get there due to travel restrictions, damn you covid!
After the ceremony came the speeches and a brilliant magician Zanda Magic who managed to do an amazing socially distanced magic show for the guests. It was just a really good day to celebrate two people in love. Thank you Beeston Manor and Sarah and Shane, for a wonderful day and here’s hoping we’ll soon be free to travel wherever we like for more amazing weddings like Sarah and Shane’s.
